Did you know that high blood pressure often has no symptoms – yet it’s one of the biggest risk factors for heart disease, stroke and kidney problems? That’s why it’s so important to know your numbers.

As part of Know Your Numbers Week, CVFM Radio is inviting our community to drop in for a FREE blood pressure check. It only takes a few minutes but could make a big difference to your health.

We are offering free checks here at CVFM Radio, 169 Victoria Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 3HR on the following dates and times this week:

Monday: 10:30am – 1:30pm
Tuesday: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Wednesday: 10:30am – 1:30pm
Thursday: 1:30pm – 4:30pm

If you want more info then feel free to WhatsApp us on 01642 688104.

No appointment needed – just pop in, bring a friend, and take a simple step towards a healthier future.

The best way to understand your blood pressure is to check it regularly.
You can also use the NHS online blood pressure tool to understand what your numbers mean and get helpful tips: https://www.nhs.uk/hea.../check-your-blood-pressure-reading/
