REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY PARADE & SERVICE 2023

Middlesbrough Mayor Chris Cooke will attend the town’s 2023 Remembrance Sunday Parade and Service on Sunday, November 12.

The Civic Party and Parade will form up at 10.30am to march up to the Cenotaph for the Service, which should finish at around 12.30pm.

The wooden Tommy figures will again be in place in the flower beds outside the Dorman Museum, and the Service will be livestreamed via the Council’s Facebook page.

Members of the public are advised that the Cenotaph gates to Albert Park will be closed for the duration of the service, with access available via other entrances.

• This year’s Parade and Service are being livestreamed via the Middlesbrough Council Facebook channel – visit https://www.facebook.com/MiddlesbroughCouncil/

Sunday’s order of service can also be downloaded from the Middlesbrough Council website here: https://www.middlesbrough.gov.uk/remembrance
