Event to Encourage All Ages into Physical Activity

By Published May 30, 2018

A COMMUNITY event to encourage people of all ages into summer activities is being held at Acklam Rugby Club on Saturday, June 2 from 9.30am.

Easterside Community Activity Day is being billed as an opportunity to try a variety of sports and physical activities and find out how you can be more active in the Easterside area.

Among the activities being promoted are walking football, archery, table tennis, walking, netball and many more.

Those attending on the day can take a healthy heart check and there will also be the opportunity for those in attendance to have their bikes checked over by a cycle expert.

Access to the Middlesbrough site is via the new Trinity College Road off Ladgate Lane.
