Paediatric First Aid Training at Grove Hill Hub

PLACES are available on a paediatric emergency first aid training course at Grove Hill Community Hub.

The qualification is aimed at parents or workers caring for children in the absence of their parents, and meets Ofsted requirements.

Those taking part will learn life-saving skills in first aid emergencies involving babies and children with topics covering CPR, anaphylactic shock, choking and seizures.

The course runs from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Friday, May 4 and Friday, May 11 is free to those on some benefits or £18. All attendees will incur a £10 certification charge.

  • Paediatric Emergency First Aid – provided by the Workers Educational Association (WEA) – takes place at Grove Hill Community Hub, Bishopton Road, Grove Hill, TS4 2RP.
