Air Festival at Stewart Park cancelled

Published July 23, 2025 By

An air show at Middlesbrough’s Stewart Park set for next month has been cancelled, organisers have announced.

The inaugural Teesside Air Festival was due to take place at the popular venue over the weekend of August 9 and 10.

Crow Leisure Group have now confirmed the event will no longer go ahead, with refunds promised to those who have already purchased tickets.

Director Alex Crow said: “We’re committed to delivering the best events and entertainment, but sadly we’ve been unable to confirm all the acts we wanted for the inaugural event.

“The Teesside Air Festival will return next year, when the sky really will be the limit.”

• Anyone who has purchased tickets will receive a full refund including any booking fees.
