A new PCC-backed service aims to break down some of the barriers stopping victims from accessing vital support. 

Dave Martin began his NHS career in 1996, undertaking agency work before securing a full-time position as a health care assistant on ward 11 at The James Cook University Hospital. 

The minimum standards of service victims can expect when they report incidents of antisocial behaviour (ASB) have been established through a new charter.
