Residents Asked to Take Part in Survey on Services

Published September 25, 2017 By

MIDDLESBROUGH residents are being asked to take part in a telephone survey to help develop an understanding of their thoughts on Council services.

Middlesbrough Council has asked research company NWA to conduct the survey with a representative sample of people who live in the town.

The survey will help the Council to understand what the town’s residents think about the Council, which services are most important to them and how they access information about the Council.

Those contacted by NWA will be asked to provide some information, such as their address, but will not be asked to provide any personal information such as bank details.

Anyone who has any concerns that a call received is not genuine should not provide any information and should contact Middlesbrough Council’s Corporate Strategy Team on 01642 729080 who will be able to check whether the call was placed by NWA.
