A GROUP of Teesside researchers who are helping patients to return to work following hip or knee replacement surgery have achieved a national milestone.
PATIENTS are getting home from hospital without delay thanks to a new scheme that has seen The James Cook University Hospital team up with the British Red Cross.
THE Research and Innovation Team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust recruited a record number of patients to take part in clinical trials last year.
