A major Cleveland-wide campaign to increase awareness and understanding of hate crime has been launched by Police and Crime Commissioner Matt Storey.

Trusted volunteers across Cleveland will be trained to identify and respond to signs of child exploitation thanks to a new scheme.

REDUCTIONS in burglary, antisocial behaviour (ASB), disorder and criminal damage are just some of the benefits brought to Cleveland by Safer Streets.

Parents and carers living in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland may be eligible to benefit from a free holiday clubs programme for children and young people over the school summer holidays.
