A NEW campaign designed to encourage victims to come forward and report loan sharks after the Christmas period has launched today (15 January 2018).
Middlesbrough Council are working with the Illegal Money Lending Team (IMLT) to steer residents away from borrowing from loan sharks in the lead up to Christmas.
