Boosting people's mental health is a very important issue and one which is being talked about a lot at the moment, not just on World Mental Health Day.
This week NHS England launched a new campaign 'Every Mind Matters' with the aim of showing that taking steps to improve your mental health doesn't have to mean huge life changes.
The website features a quiz which asks you questions about your current lifestyle - it then offers helpful suggestions which could improve your mental health.
These can be things like getting more exercise, talking to people, eating more healthily and making sure you spend times doing things you enjoy, such as reading or going to the cinema.
Mental health is still a sensitive issue which many people don't want to talk about. Some people might see it as weakness to admit that you're stressed, or think they're being too demanding if they ask someone for help.
The fact is we all need to take care of ourselves both physically and mentally - and maybe Every Mind Matters is the first step for you.

Various celebrities are also pledging how they are trying to improve their mental health.
