CVFM Radio as an organisation has been developed and built on the foundations laid by many volunteers over the years, without the passion, commitment and sheer hard work the station would not be the success it is today. As an entity which has a strong ethos of self-help, community action and partnership work, we firmly recognise and value the contributions of volunteers, whilst actively looking to invest in the development of our volunteer infrastructure.

As a developing organisation with an open door policy, we are always seeking to recruit new people into our volunteer base to help us realise our ambition and goals, whilst striving to continually broaden our horizons to seek new opportunities. There are numerous volunteering opportunities open within the organisation at any given time, please get in touch with us to find out more.
As social media organisation with strong links to grass roots communities and the third sector organisations in general, the opportunities go beyond the traditional media related activities. As an organisation which is currently delivering services and developing new projects which support some of the most marginalised members within our society we are seeking volunteers who are eager to learn and get involved in diverse range of events, activities and projects.
