Here at CVFM Radio 104.5, we are proud associates of the Teeswide Safeguarding Adult Board (TSAB for short), and consider it a high and esteemed priority to promote this cause.
Long-time friend of CVFM Darren Best is the Independent Chair of TSAB, and together we have provided some excellent video content and a full-length audio interview all about TSAB, Adult Safeguarding and his role in helping people in the community.
Each day of Safeguarding Adults Week is dedicated to a specific issue affecting endangered adults - as follows:
- Monday 21st – Exploitation (including Modern Slavery, Sexual Exploitation and County Lines)
- Tuesday 22nd – Self-Neglect
- Wednesday 23rd – Creating Safer Organisational Cultures
- Thursday 24th – Elder Abuse
- Friday 25th – Domestic Abuse in Tech-Society
- Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th – Safeguarding in Every Day Life
