PCC’s quest to gain fairer funding for policing continues as Cleveland Police officers are operating “with one hand tied behind their backs”, according to Police and Crime Commissioner Matt Storey.

A total of £80,000-worth of funding has been shared between organisations to host projects aimed at reducing knife-enabled crime.
