A SURPRISE visit by legendary Middlesbrough player Juninho set the atmosphere euphoric at the maternity department in The James Cook University Hospital. 

As excitement mounts ahead of England’s Euro 2024 quarter-final clash with Switzerland, Middlesbrough Libraries are laying on a couple of special events for fans.

Last Sunday (March 10th), Baker and Mike were in attendance at the Riverside Stadium to watch Middlesbrough FC Women put in a superb performance as they came away victorious over Doncaster Belles with a 5-0 win which marked their first every victory at the Riverside. 2,000 Middlesbrough fans were in attendance to watch the game on Mother's Day.
