Donate to the victims of Middlesbrough's violent attacks

Published August 06, 2024 By

Help raise funds to fix damage caused by the violent disorder that took place on Sunday in Middlesbrough.

Recent riots in Middlesbrough and the surrounding areas, fuelled by racism and Islamophobia, have left many of our neighbours in a state of distress. Cars have been damaged, house windows smashed, and the resulting trauma has deeply affected our community. The rioters targeted homes and vehicles indiscriminately, whether they belonged to Asian, Black, or White residents, driven by a reckless desire for violence and destruction.

Sadly, some of our most vulnerable residents, already struggling financially, are now facing the daunting task of repairing their homes and vehicles. We cannot stand by and watch our community members suffer alone. That's why we've launched this fundraising campaign to support those who need it most. Our goal is to raise enough funds to help replace damaged windows for those who cannot afford the repairs themselves. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in the lives of those impacted.

How You Can Help:
Donate: Any amount you can give will contribute directly to repairing the damage done to homes and vehicles.

About the Organiser:
As a concerned member of this community, I have spoken to numerous residents who are not in a position to bear the financial burden of these unexpected damages. It is my sincere wish to support them, and with your help, we can make a real difference, Insha'Allah (God willing).

Transparency:
All funds raised will be used to replace broken windows and repair other damages caused by the recent riots. Regular updates will be provided to ensure transparency and show how your generous contributions are being utilised.

Let’s come together to restore not just the physical damage but also the peace of mind for our fellow community members. Thank you for your support and generosity.

Donate now to help Middlesbrough rebuild!
